Introducing the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work list and special award winners!

ABA Labels implemented a No Questions Asked Day Policy to encourage employees experiencing mental ill-health or any other related concerns to take personal leave. It has since integrated this policy into the personal leave allowance with the belief that mental ill-health should be treated the same as physical illness. No Questions Asked encourages a culture of transparency and support. In a year when pressure is at an all-time high, staff were able to be present at both work and home – and when they were at work, they were happy to be there.
