Aginic was presented with the challenge of maintaining connectivity and fostering learning and development following the transfer to a 100% remote working model during COVID-19. WinterSchool was delivered as a company-wide event in July 2021 which encompassed team building and learning for all, regardless of location.

Following WinterSchool, Aginic saw a more than 11% increase in job satisfaction, leading them to begin developing further learning events.
