ACER has established an avenue for everyone in the organisation to express how they feel and voice their concerns in response to COVID-19. These pulse check surveys enabled ACER to get an accurate read on the business and tailor their response. As a result, ACER saw increases across Wellbeing, Safety and Communication throughout 2020 and will continue with the surveys into the future.
