B dynamic established the “B dynamic Culture Club’’ to create a positive organisational culture that drives excellence. With the input of everyone in the organisation, the Culture club created seven core values that are important to the organisation and to the team. By living and breathing these seven core values, everyone in the organisation can “get on the bus” and enjoy a great achievement together.

Since inception of the program, employee satisfaction increased by up to 73% within 12 months and there was a reduction of employee absenteeism by up to 55%.
