BaptistCare launched a wellbeing program, Flourish, to support safety and wellbeing during unprecedented pressure. The program involved enabling staff to get vaccinated without hurdles, retention bonuses for all staff (not just those eligible by Government) and reassuring staff that care would continue with the help of a surge workforce.

Since launching the initiative BaptistCare has seen their NPS increase from 17 to 29 and 71% of the surge workforce remain employed.
