Beaumont People introduced a four day work week for their 40 staff in early 2020 (pre-pandemic) to give their employees more choice and allow them to be the best they can be. Staff can take a day off each week, whilst being paid their full-time salary. Staff must meet productivity targets to qualify, and teams schedule days off to ensure appropriate work representation, with everyone working on a Wednesday.
Beaumont People encourage staff to voluntarily share what they do on their day off to further promote the day as a wellbeing initiative. All employees eligible employees have taken up the initiative.
