Carman’s Kitchen brought in their First 365 Days onboarding program to improve engagement from new starters. First 365 Days achieves this by actively onboarding individuals into technical aspects of their role and into Carman’s Ways of Working, while also identifying their personal Ways of Working over the first 12 months of employment.

Prior to First 365 Days, engagement from new starters was 8% below that of the broader company. Following it’s introduction, engagement from new starters is now at 100%.
