CSL turned the setback of lockdowns into a win by turning their Development Days into a virtual event. The switch to virtual enabled CSL to expand their 24-48 hour in-person event into a 5 day, 24/7 virtual event to accommodate all employees in all time zones.

The virtual event saw just under 19,000 employees attend 62 hours of live sessions.
