At Culture Amp, Camper Refresh Days give everyone an additional day off each quarter to recharge. Campers (their employees) are given a paid day off on a company-wide pre-confirmed date so they can focus on their mental and physical wellbeing. Having the whole company off on the same day means their employees can collectively pause and removes the stress of returning to a bank of ‘catch up’ messages.

The initiative has led to 84% of Campers reporting feeling that wellbeing is a priority at Culture Amp.
