Ferocia focusses on providing individually tailored support to employees and does not assume what employees need. This includes good salaries, unmetered paid leave, a trainer, shared meals, all the training resources employees need and the autonomy to set their work hours, days and – to a remarkable extent – priorities, as they determine, is necessary. When COVID hit, Ferocia sent care packages, ensured all staff had what they needed to work, and provided individualised assistance for family and mental health needs.
