Paid menstrual and menopausal leave is accessible for any employee at Future Super who experiences periods or is going through menopause. If someone can’t work comfortably from the office or at home due to the symptoms of periods or menopause they can take – separate from sick leave – up to 6 paid days of leave per year without having to provide a medical certificate.
The introduction of paid menstrual and menopausal leave has seen the female staff’s eNPS score increase 86%.
