Hatched Media needed a unique solution to ensure the company maintained it’s highly engaged and happy workplace culture following a doubling of staff and a shift to remote working. The Hatched Shadow Board, comprising 6 employees, was selected to ensure these changes were being managed effectively by consulting with the executive team on new strategic initiatives that would benefit the broader organisation.
Despite ongoing lockdowns elevating stress, anxiety and disengagement in the media industry, the Hatched Shadow Board has ensured that 90% of the team are happy, 100% enjoy the culture and 93% feel empowered to make changes within the company that make a difference.
