Hatched Media developed a plan to solve the problem of human connectedness in a remote and covid-impacted world. Family table lunches and trivia were fun but lacked meaning. Hatched Media set out to create a circuit breaker to remind team members of their special community by celebrating differences and connecting the whole team. An online RUOK Day was devised and included $50 Uber vouchers, acknowledgement of country and break out groups to explore individual differences. The event was rated 9/10 by those who attended.
