IGO’s Private Health Insurance Reimbursement allows employees to get the private health insurance premiums of themselves and their immediate families reimbursed up to $5,000 annually.

The initiative is in it’s infancy but has received very positive employee feedback and is just one example of the way IGO responds directly to employee feedback.
