As a result of the COVID pandemic, IKON swiftly moved to remote working, including the fast-tracking of technologies to improve productivity. IKON overhauled work practices and methodologies and for front line representatives, re-wrote various Work Instructions and conducted specialised Infectious Cleaning Training. It gave all employees the confidence to manage their own health and the preparedness to return to work or undertake duties in a responsible and compassionate way. During the COVID pandemic, IKON has undertaken over 1000 infectious control cleans with new and existing clients. IKON is proud to report that they have had zero transmission and no outbreaks both internally or at any client sites they attend professionally.
