Imperial Brands turned the lockdown period into a positive by using the time their sales team saved not travelling to upskill them. These weekly L&D programs comprised of an individual self-led online component and a team meeting to facilitate the lessons learned. The initiative led to an increase in engagement of 5% among the Victorian sales team.
