Johnson & Johnson has introduced People Leader Rhythm to ensure every leader at J&J understands and is accountable for the highest priority behaviours identified of a highly capable leader and is taking action to develop and strengthen their people leadership skills. The People Leader Rhythm provides a strong foundation upon which leaders have the tools and mindset to be at their best as highly capable leaders. As a result of the initiative, J&J’s latest employee survey has shown high favourability for leadership, with over 85% of employees agreeing that ‘People leaders provide highly capable leadership’.
