Juniper Networks launched their Preventive Healthcare an Wellness Program after they noticed increasing risk indicators for burnout among the team. The program included regular wellbeing-focused webinars, launching Sanvello, a mental health app, extended its Cleo Baby parent portal to include Cleo Kids to support overall family and parental wellbeing and introduced free, unlimited one-on-one wellness coaching via the TaskHuman app.

Juniper Networks has seen an increase in reported work/life integration favourability from 71% to 80% since launching the program.
