Kathmandu created the Joyful Out There Fund to enable Kathmanduers to enjoy the benefits of the outdoors, and connect with their new brand purpose and values within their teams. The fund’s purpose is to allow teams to complete activities together, ‘Out There’. Teams have the freedom to decide on an activity that will bring them joy, they can combine with other local stores to form larger teams.

The initiative has had a positive impact with 665 Kathmanduers participated in activities such as horse treks, treetop adventures, and paddle boarding with many more planned for the future.
