Kearney has introduced significant and market-leading practices in terms of policies and support mechanisms for working parents. Kearney provides full superannuation contributions at employee’s usual pay rate for up to 12 months to address the discrepancy between average women and men’s retiring superannuation funds. All benefits are available to employees after six months of service (down from 12), and irrespective of how the child comes into their lives. Kearney has implemented a parental coaching program to support working parents before, during and after their parental leave and has improved in-office breastfeeding facilities.
