Koala introduced P@K (Performance at Koala) to build a positive, collaborative, diverse environment where employees can thrive. P@K provides a framework for one-on-one and team sessions intended to provide constructive feedback, resolve conflict and have open discussions.

P@K has resulted in to an up to 9% improvement in employee-rated communication with management, employee-rated quality of feedback received and employee confidence.
