Koskela has moved to a nine-day fortnight at full salary. The team works on a rotating fortnight program – the first Friday is reserved to take timeout for personal & family care. On the 10th day, the team is back in the office focusing on training, research, process improvements and social stuff – no client work is allowed on day 10. This new practice has given the Koskela team a mental break, increased learning and professional development and allowed staff to take a day to grow both professionally and personally.
