LJ Hooker Property Centre offer their employees a paid day off – on top of their mandatory annual leave – to work with a charity or not-for-profit of their choice. Donate A Day allows their staff to refresh from work and support the causes that they are passionate about without worrying about their income and workload.

Since LJ Hooker Property Centre implemented Donate A Day, their staff have volunteered for 7 organisations, supporting causes such as Donald Simpson Centre, Redlands Hospital, and coaching youth sports teams.
