The Luxury Escapes Team Member benefits program includes several initiatives to retain staff. Firstly, Family Trips gives team members an all-expenses-paid overseas holiday to experience the Luxury Escapes offering first hand. Last year 20 team members received free three to five day holidays to enjoy with their families. Additionally, Community Trips provides team members with an opportunity to travel overseas and work with underprivileged communities. Last year, eight team members travelled to Sri Lanka to help build a centre for local children. Employees also receive paid birthday leave, five days paid volunteer leave, daily breakfast and free daily Ben and Jerry’s Icecream! As a result, regretted employee turnover is on average less than 5% annually.
