To foster an inclusive workforce, Macquarie Telecom engaged Gallup to run both the Q12 engagement survey and CliftonStrengths, to measure teams’ success and raise inclusivity. Macquarie Telecom provided all employees with facilitated training to understand their strengths and bring to life how they resonated with them. Following this, additional training was provided at a team level to leverage the team’s strengths and work together to achieve business deliverables. Employees are now more aware of their strengths as a result, plus managers use strengths-based coaching to improve performance company-wide. This has led to improved team performance, more effectively leveraging each other’s strengths, and increased incentives.
