MadeComfy encourages staff to work in a flexible and collaborative fashion, centred around cross functional Pods. To foster innovation and reduce barriers across different departments, staff are encouraged to propose new Pods to tackle specific challenges, outline the Pod’s goals, form a cross department teams and manage progress autonomously according to the Pod’s goals.

MadeComfy Pods have been a major success in accelerating the progress of key projects. For example, one of the projects to implement an automated chat bot to cut back on customer response times was completed 40% faster than the initial estimated project period as the right team members were empowered to work directly with each other from the start.
