Mastt implemented Man Up with Mansor, a health/fitness and mindfulness initiative, to ensure staff were stepping away from their computers while working from home. Each week virtual fitness classes were run for all staff to participate in. Classes include circuits, ‘at home’ weights and mindfulness activities such as yoga.

Qualitative feedback from their employees demonstrates that the value from this program has made a positive impact on their physical and mental wellbeing.
