Maths Pathway took the work-from-home order in their stride by encouraging their staff to use sick leave for their mental health, giving their team an extra day of leave and having catered morning teas by sending ‘R U OK’ snack boxes to each staff member’s house. These initiatives saw a spike in the personal and company ‘happiness’ scores at Maths Pathway.
