Melbourne Water has delivered an impactful wellbeing program to continue to support their employees’ emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing. Their program has involved support packages for their people during lockdown, webinars on various physical and psychological health-related topics such as sleep hygiene and loneliness and Get Moving campaigns that included virtual PT sessions.
