OMD launched a Diversity and Inclusion Charter to cultivate an equal and accepting workplace. As a result, 65% of the National Executive Team are female, and 70% of employees across the business are female. Other achievements include the gender-neutralisation of their Policy Book, including Paid Parental Leave, and the launch of ‘Open Pride’, a network that celebrates personal growth, organisational inclusion and business success of LGBTQIA+ employees. OMD also supported the Black Lives Matter movement, giving staff members a day to reflect on the challenges of racial discrimination faced globally.
