Publicis Groupe saw an opportunity to reduce burnout, energise their staff and improve work-life balance for their staff following a survey in June 2021. A wellness learning program called Thrive was developed in collaboration Meta and EnergX to rectify these challenges by teaching skills and strategies regarding mental wellness, productivity, creativity, inclusivity, and EQ.

A pilot program saw significant reductions in burnout and depression risk, and after the first two weeks of Thrive’s organisation-wide implementation there has been a 65% improvement in sleep and energy both leadership groups and their teams.
