Reece Group hold strategic Quarterly Themes which are business-focused campaigns to drive business priorities. They decided to pause their business priorities and instead make their last two Quarterly Themes of 2021 – ‘Be your Best’ & ‘Living your Best’ which were about putting the wellbeing of their people first.
Team members were encouraged to understand what gives them energy and make a commitment to stick to a habit that supports their wellbeing. They also used a wellness platform to gamify sticking to their wellness commitments as well as undertaking other wellness activities. So far they have had over 750 team members participate in the wellness challenge.
