SEEK provided ‘extreme flexibility’ to help their employees to manage their workload and personal demands at home during lockdowns. Each employee was encouraged to request ‘any and all’ types of working arrangements to cater for their own particular needs during the pandemic, including access to unlimited paid carer’s leave for home-schooling, childcare and caring for other relatives.
SEEK’s support program resulted in 90% of employees agreeing that the organisation cared about their wellbeing and 91% believing they supported a flexible workplace.
