Sunsuper implemented a Continuous Listening Model for the organisation to better listen, understand and take action for their employees in real-time. The model allows Sunsuper to collect continuous feedback from its team instead of waiting for annual surveys. This has resulted in engagement increasing from 71% to 78% and 92% of employees understanding how they play their part in achieving Sunsuper’s goals.
