The Wine Collective implemented Remote First (but not always). As part of the initiative they helped every office employee set up a productive home office as well as access to mental health support, initiatives to minimise the impact of isolation, and even more support than they normally provided.

Since the initiative was implemented employee engagement, connectivity and productivity have increased, staff turnover has decreased, and feedback received from staff at all levels and across all departments in relation to the company’s culture and working environment has been universally positive.
