Today restructured their business into three permanent, stable, cross-disciplinary teams that allow people to build stronger relationships and trust, with a deep understanding of each other, because they’re no longer switching each day. It has resulted in a considerable reduction in turnover (1.83% in 2020) and high engagement results. The business was able to remain stable during COVID and Melbourne lockdown as a result. It has fostered deep relationships within teams, increasing happiness and reliability. Overall engagement rose by 28 points since the change.
