TRA FLEX threw out the rule book and empowered staff to work in a way that suits their lives best, while balancing the needs of their teams and clients. This included providing financial support for home office setups, access to wellbeing support, and digital inclusivity.
TRA has seen an up to 21% improvement in perceived support and engagement following the implementation of FLEX.
