Webprofits introduced Productive Mondays to enable staff to allocate more brain space towards getting important things done and reduce the energy wasted in meetings. On Mondays, recurring and ad-hoc meetings have been removed from calendars and staff are encouraged to work when and where they want.

Since the initiative’s implementation, there has been an 11% reduction in personal leave being taken on Mondays and a doubling of staff responding that they “look forward to Mondays”.
