Wisr added Lean into Learning to their Wisr Behaviours to continue to grow as a business while also giving their people the opportunity to upskill and move laterally within the business.
Wisr has placed a big emphasis on shared learning with learning stories, risks taken and experiences gained being shared at all fortnightly company-wide meetings as well as a #today-i-learnt Slack channel being setup for daily learnings. Wisr has also added ‘Learning behaviour’ into performance reviews and established the Smartypants award to reward great learning.
On top of their continued business success, Wisr has seen staff L&D satisfaction rise from 65% to 89% as a result of their focus on ‘Lean into Learning’.
