4mation’s revamped Weekly Interactive All-Hands while remote working injected some fun into the start of the working week. With staff-selected music, chat forums and interactive activities like nominated staff spinning the ‘Employee of the Month Wheel of Prizes’ the sessions were an opportunity to interact casually during a difficult time.

The sessions have been highly rated by staff (4.7 out of 5) but have also resulted in an average of five questions being asked where the previous format was getting none.
