Active International created a Wellness Committee whose focus was to develop a program supporting employees’ health and wellbeing. The Wellness Committee introduced an Employee Assistance Program called Uprise, which combines multiple wellbeing initiatives focusing on mental health, resilience and capability building. It also launched ‘Active Wellness’, an internal initiative focusing on improving employee wellness across five pillars – Physical, Mental, Social, Financial, Environmental, and the introduction of weekly virtual catch-ups to combat covid-related challenges.
