Afea’s Heart to Heart is a personal induction for all new starters with the CEO and founder of Afea, Esha Oberoi. As part of the onboarding process, Esha takes the time to meet each new team member and shares the story of Afea’s inception, how she overcame mental health challenges through helping others, and how it shaped our core values of being authentic, purposeful, responsible and understanding.

Afea has seen their attrition rate drop from 41% to 7% since implementing the Heart to Heart initiative.
