AMA Projects Women’s Empowerment Program consists of activities to support the women employed across their branches. Activities include quarterly ‘soft-skills’ workshops to help their employees realise their own self-confidence and self-worth, yearly self-defence classes, access to flexible work options and numerous external activities such as networking events and industry body memberships.

In the last 12 months, AMA Projects has seen three female employees be the first promoted into upper-management positions internally, rather than sourcing externally, with women now representing 33% of upper-management positions in the company.
