Aurecon launched a ‘Careers Reimagined’ strategy comprising tools, learning and events to support people in navigating their career journeys. A successful element was a series of ‘Career Conversations’ live webinars where leaders shared their unique career experiences and insights to inspire and support employees. Across the five sessions, there was a total of 2335 participants with overwhelmingly positive feedback. A dedicated Careers Hub on the intranet includes an Aurecon Careers Landscape that enables staff to explore opportunities available to them across the business. Aurecon U and LinkedIn Learning make upskilling and the development of expertise accessible to all employees.
