BVN Architecture created ways for their people to engage directly in mentally supportive activities, by setting up six Working Groups with a central focus (e.g. active and well read). Each group has several ambassadors across levels of seniority across the organization who drive the conversation on internal channels, and run activities.

Working Groups generated very strong staff engagement and conversation about wellbeing, that helped everyone stay connected throughout lockdown.
