CBH used the momentum of working from home during lockdown to create processes and tools to allow their employees to continue to choose where they work. They encouraged their teams to work collaboratively to develop their own protocols for hybrid work.

The number of employees with formal flexible work arrangements has increased from 5% pre-COVID to over 30% today with many more, including the executive team, using ad-hoc days to work around their life.
