Staff at Choice Hotels Asia-Pac have an allocation of one additional leave day per quarter to participate in a voluntary capacity in their community.

Staff have utilised this leave as an opportunity to become more involved in their children’s school activities, become more involved in community groups and organising events with church groups. The program allows employees to keep their annual leave for school holidays when they need some additional flexibility.
