De Luca implemented a strategy called “INSPIRE Health”, which will now be conducted annually. INSPIRE Health incorporates values and mental and physical support health services for all De Luca Staff – critical with the emergence of COVID. The strategy includes a full health check of all staff and personalised and confidential health reports created by doctors who identify any health concerns in any individual staff member, utilising an external company for privacy reasons. De Luca also established a mental health support service for staff & families to use 24/7. While staff participation was voluntary, more than 90% of staff participated.
