The Dexus Safe and Well program was created in response to the unprecedented external challenges of the past 12 months, embodying the company purpose to create spaces where people thrive. The initiatives of this program include the alignment of learning and development opportunities with the company’s core pillars, for example, Mental Health training for managers and all staff made available through virtual forums in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; an employee assistance program available for all employees and their immediate family members; a $150 monthly car parking allowance to support people returning to the workplace safely following COVID-19 and an internal communication platform for employee connection on Safe and Well tips and advice.
