Dovetail’s Discretionary Inter-office Travel Policy covers the costs of any Dove (their employees) to travel between one of their five offices in Australia and New Zealand. They want to empower their Doves to connect face-to-face and develop more than a Zoom relationship.

Dovetail have had 20% of their staff take advantage of the policy, totalling over 40 trips across New Zealand and they expect this to continue (and extend to their Australian offices) as the world returns to normal travel.
