The frameworks are reviewed quarterly between each employee and their lead, so employees are empowered with fair, and frequent opportunities to progress their careers.

The launch of the new frameworks has resulted in 98% of employees getting a pay rise this year and 50% of employees receiving a role promotion (compared to 20% in the previous year).
